Answer: Airport to airport is quick; only slightly more than one hour but land and sea transportation can take a day or longer (and actually much longer) based on where you are going, bus and ferry schedules determine this and advance planning is required if you wish to visit many different places.

Answer: Over 2000 resorts but also many less expensive places and for those of you who plan a longer stay condominiums and homes can be rented, plus hostels are everywhere if on a budget or a backpacking adventure.

Answer: Seaside there is snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, sailing, cliff jumping, water skiing, and more. On the land side, for adventure, caves, underground rivers, canyoning, zip lines thru forest canopies, national parks, visit remote areas and people, even stay with a farm family, and much more. You can also take in the city environment, with excellent hotels (or clean budget ones), enjoy a variety of food in our multi-cultural world, do some shopping, take in some night life, even do a bit of gambling if you like. Is that all..NO...there are many other things you can do, just ask "do you..." and the answer will probably be yes.
