Some reminders: Number in your party, Names, Dates of arrival and departure or length of stay.  Any medical issues we should be aware of,  what you would like to do or see,  accompanying children,  your ages -  adult, middle age, senior, children's ages and your budget - backpacking and hostels, three star hotels or Luxury, food preferences or things you need to avoid.  That gets us started!  P.S.  For young children we can arrange a babysitter.  For longer stays (in one location) we can arrange for a house or apartment short term rental.  That may be less expensive than a hotel.
